Section I.2
ADD ", if used for commercial purposes," after the word "facilities" in the first entence.

The sentence would then read;
Kennels, stables, animal yards, and animal waste facilities, if used for commercial purposes, shall not be located closer than two hundred feet (200') from the OHW mark of any water body or water course.

The sentence as written is ambiguous and overly restrictive.  It could easily prevent the non-commercial keeping of animals for hobby, food, or companionship, where they would otherwise be allowed.   Without this amendment, having a couple of ducks in a pen could be considered an "animal yard" and would be restricted, while the adjacent lake might have dozens of wild ducks on it.

The second sentence would remain unchanged, to prevent drainage from any animals (commercial or non-commercial) from being "concentrated and directed towards a water body or water course".
